Meet one of our career mentors...
Ella Wingard is one of our incredible career mentors at environmental consultancy firm Ricardo. She's been using her mentoring sessions to help her mentee bag a summer internship.
"We started off chatting through different career options. I had some advice on how to get ahead through LinkedIn, as that's where I got my job - it's a great place to get your foot in the door. I've also given her a couple of contacts that are int he sector she's interested in - ESG - both in my company and in the big four. She's set up some conversations with my contacts, so that she can find out a bit more about their roles and how they got there."
