• Open to current registered school and university student members of the Zero Gravity platform with an active Access All Areas membership.
   
• Entrants must be aged 16 or over.
   
• Giveaway procedures follow Zero Gravity’s Safeguarding Policy.
   
• Members under 18 must confirm they have parental/guardian permission to take part.
   
• If selected as a winner under 18, written consent from a parent/guardian is required.
   
• Failure to provide consent upon request may result in forfeiture of the prize.
   
• Employees of Zero Gravity are not eligible to enter.

• 10 entries are earned for either completing a Learning Pathway and/or Mentoring call each month.
   
• Additional entries are gained when members:
   
  • Send a match request to a mentor
  • Book a mentoring session
  • Save an opportunity
  • Post in Community
  • Comment on a Community Post
  • RSVP to a masterclass
  • Attend a masterclass
  • Watch a Masterclass replay
  • Use the AI Coach
  • Download the mobile/desktop App
  • Refer a friend (earn £5 per student you refer; referrals must result in the referred user successfully joining and activating their account).
     
• Entries are cumulative throughout the month – the more you engage, the more entries you earn.
   
• All eligible members who engage with platform features during the giveaway period are automatically entered.
   
• Members can continue to use the platform as normal without any obligation to take action or receive the prize.

The giveaway runs on a monthly basis, starting at 00:01 on the first day of each calendar month and ending at 23:59 on the last day.

• One prize of £500 will be awarded per calendar month. The selection process is as follows:
  • At the end of each month, all valid entries are pooled together.
  • One winner is then selected at random using a secure, automated random number generator.
  • Each entry is treated individually, meaning the more qualifying actions a member completes, the higher their chances — but all entries are treated equally in the final draw.
  • The draw will be conducted by a member of the Zero Gravity team and independently verified for fairness.
     
• The prize is paid by bank transfer or equivalent secure method.
   
• The prize is intended to support academic, professional or personal development.
   
• Submitting entries into the giveaway does not guarantee a prize. The winner is selected at random from all valid entries each month.

• One winner is selected at random from all valid entries at the end of each calendar month.
   
• The winner will be notified via email within 5 working days of the draw, and upon confirmation, the prize will be distributed within 7 working days.
   
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

• By accepting a prize, participants agree to have their first name and general success story used in winner announcement communications and social media.

Full names or identifiable details will never be shared in line with Zero Gravity’s Safeguarding Policy.
