Tom comes from the West Country and polished his skills at the University of Surrey in Business Management. With over 10 years under his belt, he’s mastered tech in the early careers space. His mission? Tech to uplift every student, no matter their background. He’s left a mark on social impact startups, zeroing in on higher education and career pathways, reaching thousands of schools and millions of students. At Unifrog, he joined a four-person team and later spearheaded the UK division as it grew into an EdTech heavyweight. Talk about a solid track record.

Kim channels her two decades of globe-trotting marketing genius into every strategy, post, and campaign. Her savvy has shaped narratives and shifted perceptions for big names like Motorola, LG, HTC, and Shell. Lucy is the epitome of Zero Gravity’s ethos. Midlands born and bred, from a low-income background, her world flipped when a U.S. scholarship threw open the doors to a realm of possibilities. That big break shaped her belief: opportunity is everything. She's since crafted the brand voice for icons like Swarovski and shaped the stories of disruptive tech apps, across New York and London. At Zero Gravity, it’s full circle—she's stoking potential and fueling opportunities for students to ignite their own paths, just like she did.

Elliot's got the language game down with an honours degree in Spanish and Mandarin culture and business. With 8+ years in the tech startup scene, he's not just about scaling; he's about scaling with purpose. In the tech-for-good arena, he's steered ships from seed rounds right up to Series B, globally. Now at Zero Gravity, he crafts strategies that pair smooth growth with top-notch user experiences. Oh, and that big-hearted move during the pandemic? Elliot co-founded MealsForTheNHS, rallying £1.5m for our healthcare heroes. Talk about making an impact.

From Hong Kong's vibrant streets to the UK's athletic arenas, meet Dan: a first-class Sports Science grad who's both a techie and a game-changer. His Vodafone stint had him juggling roles from global sales to emerging tech, and he even earned a nod as Top Talent, landing in Vodafone’s global top 15%. Direct from the University of Oxford to Zero Gravity, Sophie's witnessed the educational divide up close. Coming from an inner-city state school in Glasgow, she felt the stark contrast with the elite private school elite. This passion? It drove her to found The 93% Club Oxford and become its first President. But that's just the beginning. Sophie's a content powerhouse. She’s shot campaigns for Pieute, Scum, Christopher Kane, and even penned an alt-poetry book, Glasgow Tinder Poetry. With a vibrant degree in History and French from Durham University, Charlotte dove into the dynamic world of global fashion at TJX Europe, honing her business and project management prowess. But her true passion emerged at Circle Collective, where she championed youth by launching a unique clothing line in collaboration with HMP Downview Female Prison. Today, at Zero Gravity, she's the driving force, masterfully merging her love for start-ups with her dedication to social mobility, crafting strategy, and propelling growth.

Coming from a single-parent, low-income household, Jordan's hustle was never in short supply. Through his Graphic Design journey at Chelsea College of Art, he kickstarted FORE, a brand that's all about community and spotlighting up-and-coming creative stars. With accolades, entrepreneurial nods, and stints at powerhouse incubators like UAL's Creative Business Accelerator and Somerset House's Black Business Incubator, he's not just any social media guru. Before Zero Gravity, Izzy was an Account Manager at a standout healthcare PR and communications agency. There, she orchestrated global projects for major pharmaceutical giants, diving into disease awareness campaigns, patient advocacy, internal communications, and market access. The twist? Izzy's own socially mobile background. With that personal drive, she transitioned from healthcare to back students with experiences mirroring hers. Hailing from Tavistock, Devon, where big career dreams felt miles away, Adam headed to UWE Bristol for Building Survey. But plot twist: the HR & Ed-tech world snagged him post-grad. With four years in HR, L&D, and Recruitment, he’s collaborated with standout global enterprises to elevate their digital learning strategies while playing a key role in shaping Sales Dev teams at multiple emerging Ed-tech companies. At Zero Gravity, he's working closely with partners, offering tailored solutions that champion social mobility. Having experienced the challenges of social mobility firsthand, he’s all about opening doors for others.

Emerging from the University of Bristol and further honing his skills through Teach First's Leadership Development Programme, Alex has clocked over 8 years in the education sector. He's deeply driven by the potential of tech in amplifying opportunities for young individuals. During his leadership stint in inner-city London schools, he championed the Highly Able strategy and literacy efforts. It was his role at a leading international school in Asia where the synergy of tech and education truly clicked for him. Today at Zero Gravity, Alex spearheads our Sixth Form recruitment, ensuring schools, colleges, and Multi-Academy Trusts consistently experience our impact. From his early days crafting theatre sets at high school in Florence, to earning a Master's in Video Design and Mapping, Lorenzo's passion for visuals has always shone through. Taking a leap of faith, he journeyed to London in 2016, diving into the vibrant worlds of fashion and startup innovation. A pivotal stint with EdTech giant Avado unveiled the power of education tech, drawing him even closer to purposeful storytelling. At Zero Gravity, every video he produces isn't just a shot; it's a powerful narrative of change. For Lorenzo, it's about capturing the stories lurking beneath the surface, waiting to be told.

Ollie: Zero Gravity's Software Engineer and a force in the tech world. Hailing from North London, he's fueled by a potent mix: solid Computer Science and Maths grounding from the University of Bath, and battle-tested experience from SaaS startup Billforward. His mantra? Technology isn't just for innovation; it's for revolution. Be it dazzling on the frontend or future-proofing with next-gen tech, Ollie's on it. His crowning feats? Samuel is Zero Gravity’s Senior Software Engineer and a real dynamo in the tech scene. After taking a surprising leap from International Politics to Software Engineering, Samuel’s last ten years have been a tech odyssey—breaking new ground in startups from media to finance, and making waves in EdTech in the UK and Dubai. He's a builder at heart, and especially proud of his time at Kalebr, where he helped craft STEAM-learning adventures like the AI-powered ParOne Golf Tournament and the eco-defending drone project, A Drop in the Ocean, in partnership with WWF. At Zero Gravity, he’s coding the future of education, one disruptive piece of tech at a time.
